Realising potential value

BWI identified the development opportunities a recently decommissioned site presented. His work with the local Council added value to the gateway site to the town of Mildura and this ultimately lead to the sale of the site to a local developer. Blake’s actions created the interest in the site even though it had not been identified as a key site to the local planning authorities. His efforts enabled us to realise the developments potential value rather than a derelict site sale. He was worth his weight in gold on this project!
