BWI Group helped Penrith Panthers identify and unlock value in our Property Portfolio. Their company undertook all the initial investigation work, focussing in on the planning and Mine Subsidence considerations, for an asset of the Club which was on our disposal program.

Blake's know-how delivered immediate access to the relevant consultants who, under instruction, determined what our Newcastle CBD property was truly capable of being developed into. This included securing initial approval from the Mine Subsidence Board with input from the Local Mayor.

Blake’s expertise surely cut through a “minefield” of where to go next. We ended up with a concise package which we could use when marketing the property.
