Blake negotiated the terms and incentives from the ultimate landlord in one of Sydney premier CBD locations being Australia Square. We still can’t believe how quickly Blake got the job done for us.

His knowledge of the approvals process saved us an enormous amount of time and anguish allowing us to meet our delivery program. He also introduced the fit out contractor and assisted in the negotiation of the building contract where he provided knowledge of the engineering solution. Blake has saved Blue Sky a great deal of future running expenses. The guy pays for himself five times over!
