Bringing value to existing assets

BWI was able to assist us with the assessment of the value in our long term property assets. They then built a divestment strategy for both our business and our family holdings. As a beginning, BWI negotiated a successful sale for our South Nowra landholding. This was on the back of correspondence with the local council on the planning issues, and a potential tenant which the new purchaser was able to convert to a pre-lease to Masters hardware.

The developer who purchased the property, took on the preparatory work of BWI and this became instrumental in the eventual sale. We will now look toward further divestment and or reinvestment via BWI. BWI has paid back our investment in them many, many times over!
