The Brief

A high net-worth individual in Blake Walker’s network approached him to source warehouse space on Sydney’s northern beaches for a personal investment. The investor was seeking space that would not only meet his vast storage requirements, but had scope to add value.

The Response

BWI Group scrutinised the market and generated a shortlist of potential sites for the client’s consideration, before handling all aspects of the negotiation with the vendor of the preferred site to finalise the purchase.

The Outcome

Beyond simply occupying the new space, the client plans to engage BWI Group to manage the refurbishment of the site. BWI Group will handle all aspects of the upgrade including management of council approvals, engagement of contractors and procurement of required certifications.
