The Brief

BWI Group was introduced to an investor who had identified an existing opportunity in Muswellbrook, in the upper Hunter Region of New South Wales. The site was an industrial facility with a mining services tenant. The investor engaged BWI Group to assess the viability of this potential investment.

The Response

BWI Group undertook a thorough assessment and concluded that while the investment was sound, it was not a viable option for the investor to commit to alone.

The Outcome

BWI Group was impressed by the opportunity so offered to come on board as a co-investor - a proposal that was readily accepted. For BWI Group, the returns will be two-fold – the expected return from the asset itself and the satisfaction that comes from helping a client achieve their property goal.
